How much does it cost me to list and sell items on Gear Rascal?

There is no cost to list your items and you're obligated to nothing. For our services, Gear Rascal asks only for a $2 discount off of normal retail price ($1 on items less than $10). Gear Rascal handles all aspects of billing, customer service and provides a prepaid shipping label -- all you have to do is put the item you sold in a previously provided box and get paid.

 

What is Gear Rascal's return policy?

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility if a return or exchange is required. Please contact us at customerservice@gearrascal.com to begin the process.

What shipping method does Gear Rascal use? 

All products are delivered via USPS Priority Shipping, which provides tracking info.

  

How can I track my order?

You will receive your USPS tracking # via email when the shipping label is created for your order.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

You can expect to receive your order in five to seven business days.

 

What happens if an item I order is out of stock?

Gear Rascal will contact you and advise of anticipated lead time for stock to be replenished. You can then choose whether or not to cancel your order.
